PollinERA’s communication, dissemination and exploitation partner – Pensoft Publishers, has just featured the project on its blog.
The blog post outlines the issue of present knowledge gaps, due to critical procedural limitations to current pesticide risk assessment with the functional group currently represented by only one species, the honey bee, which does not necessarily share other species’ biological and ecological traits. The feature highlights the importance of the PollinERA project by introducing its aim, approach, specific objectives and consortium, as well as its main output – the One System framework.
It also gives a retrospection to the kick-off meeting earlier this year, taking place at Aarhus, Denmark, where the project was officially launched and collaboration opportunities with WildPosh were discussed.
